These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Campus Hype (the "Platform") including the Shop Projects storefront. By using the Platform or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Providing false information may result in immediate suspension.
2. Products offered
Shop Projects offers three product types:
- Digital — source code, PDF documentation, video walkthroughs, downloadable assets.
- Physical — electronic components, sensor kits, assembled hardware projects.
- Custom / built-to-order — projects made per your specifications.
3. Pricing, GST & currency
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. The GST break-up is displayed at checkout. Prices may change without prior notice; the price you pay is locked at the moment your order is placed.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net-banking and wallets. Cash-on-delivery may be enabled for select physical products at our discretion. We do not store card numbers on our servers; where you choose to save a card, Razorpay issues a token that we reference on subsequent purchases.
5. Order acceptance & cancellation
An order is considered placed once payment is captured. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or force majeure. Buyer-initiated cancellation is free within 24 hours of order placement — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
6. Shipping, delivery & tracking
We ship physical products free of charge within India. Delivery timelines vary by product type and pin code — see the Shipping & Delivery Policy for specifics. Every order gets a tracking number sent via email and viewable at /track-order.
7. Digital products — licence & access
Digital products are licensed, not sold. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own learning, project or portfolio. Redistribution, resale or open publishing of source code, docs or video content is prohibited without written consent. Download links are emailed and shown on your dashboard; you may hide them from your own dashboard at any time.
8. No warranty on physical products
Unless a specific written warranty is stated on the product page, physical products carry no express or implied warranty or guarantee beyond the 48-hour post-delivery defective-return window in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Post-delivery failures caused by regular use, wear-and-tear, incorrect wiring, environmental factors or misuse are the buyer's responsibility.
9. User conduct
You agree not to: abuse the platform, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, harass mentors or members, reverse-engineer digital deliverables for redistribution, or use bots to scrape catalog data. Violations may lead to suspension and legal action.
10. Intellectual property
All content, branding, code, documentation and videos on the Platform are the property of Campus Hype or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or sell any portion without written permission, except as expressly permitted by the licence for a purchased digital product.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campus Hype is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the Platform or any product purchased. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order in question in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Campus Hype, its founders, employees and partners against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
