I can't login — "Account not approved"
Your application is pending mentor review. Contact your mentor or email help@campushype.in. Usually resolved in 24-48 hours.
I forgot my password
Click "Forgot password" on login page. Enter your email. We send a reset link valid for 2 hours. Check spam folder if not seen.
Email confirmation not received
Check spam folder. If not there, contact help@campushype.in with your registered email. We will manually verify.
Can't apply for an internship
Your profile may be incomplete. Go to Profile → fill all required fields → upload photo → save. Then try again.
Certificate verification shows "not found"
Check certificate number formatting (e.g. CH-2026-12345 with dashes). If still failing, the certificate may have been revoked — contact issuer.
Lost my registration number
Login → Dashboard → "My Events". Each event card shows your unique registration number.
