Overview

Year 2: the make-or-break choice year

If year 1 was about exploration, year 2 is about commitment. You've seen the menu. Now you order. Pick your domain. Go deep. Build a portfolio. Solve DSA. Crack your first internship by month 6 of year 2.

Students who treat year 2 well typically land top-tier internships in year 3. Students who treat year 2 casually end up panicking in year 3 with no internships and weak resumes. The gap is widening every year.

Our 2nd-year program is a 4-6 month structured push: pick a domain track, build 3 portfolio projects, ship to GitHub publicly, contribute to open source, prep DSA from day 1, polish LinkedIn, and apply for internships strategically. You graduate year 2 with an internship offer in hand.

Frequently asked questions

Which domain should I choose?

Week 1 has assessments + 1:1 mentor session to help you choose. Roughly: Full-Stack = most job openings, Data Science = highest growth, AI/ML = highest pay ceiling, Cloud/DevOps = most remote-friendly, Cyber = most specialized + lifelong career.

Can I switch tracks mid-program?

Once. We allow a track switch up to end of Phase 1 (week 2). After that, switching means restarting Phase 2.

What if I don't land an internship?

You continue in our placement pipeline indefinitely. We also reinforce with year-3 follow-on programs. Not landing in year 2 is not the end — many students land in early year 3.

I am from a Tier-3 college — can I really compete?

Yes. We have placed Tier-3 students at Razorpay, Cred, Flipkart, Microsoft. Your college name matters less every year. What you build matters more.
